Would have been awesom, but...
"I thought the bass levels were so high that you could barely hear the singers over the rest of the band, which made the concert less awesome than expected. The issue persisted even after the first band, Rival Sons, played, and it was not resolved. The Rival Sons had a bluesy-rock sound, and The Pretty Reckless were pure rock (Taylor's voice was amazing and stood out over the deep bass). Fortunately, I had the opportunity to see and HEAR John Crist in concert a few years back (and they rocked!). The sound at the palladium really needs to be fixed. I recommend seeing Evanescence elsewhere, but I do not recommend going to the palladium as all you'll hear is bass."
